International Conference on Internet of things and Cloud Computing (ICC 2016) will be held in (The Møller Centre-CHURCHILL COLLEGE ) Cambridge, United Kingdom on 22 and 23 March 2016.

The Møller Centre -CHURCHILL COLLEGE   It is just a Host for the conference and it is not a sponsor or an organizer.

 

Important information for attending the ICC 2016 Conference

in Cambridge on 22-23 March 2016.

 

TRAVEL AND MAPS

The Møller Centre is located on the outskirts of Cambridge City Centre on Storey’s Way. The address is: The Møller Centre, Churchill College, Storey’s Way, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB3 0DE.

There is car parking available on site and if you are driving and will be using a satellite navigation system, please use the postcode CB3 0DS which will take you to the main entrance.

 

TAXIS

If you are travelling to the conference via Cambridge rail station there will be taxis available to bring you to The Møller Centre in a taxi rank situated outside the station.

Taxis can then be booked via the main reception desk at The Møller Centre for your onward travel.

 

ARRIVAL AT THE CONFERENCE

On arrival at the Moller Centre there will be a registration desk to confirm your arrival and to collect your badge and certificate. This desk will be manned from 08.00 hours on both Tuesday 22 March and Wednesday 23 March and will be located in the main reception area of the Moller Centre.

 

ACCOMMODATION

If you have booked accommodation at The Møller Centre you may pick up your room key any time after 14.30 from the main reception on the day of your arrival. Check out time is strictly by 09.30 on the day you leave and it is essential to return your key to the main reception by this time. Rooms will be for single occupancy unless stipulated  on your booking.

 

Please note the registration fee does NOT include accommodation. You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation. You will not be allocated a bedroom unless you have booked directly with The Møller Centre.

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

The registration fee does include refreshments and lunch on both days of the conference.

 

The Møller Centre is able to provide dinner on both days of the conference at an additional cost. If you would like to reserve a dinner you must sign up and pay for your dinner at the main reception when you arrive at the conference.  The price for evening buffet is £15.95 & VAT, £19.15 inclusive of VAT, however, there are also places to eat in the City Centre which is approximately a 15-20 walk from The Møller Centre.

 

SPECIAL DIETS

If you have any dietary requirements that you have not supplied at the time of registration, please inform the conference administration team by Wednesday 16 March at the latest so they can be catered for. Special diets will not be catered for at the conference without prior notice.

 

WI-FI AND COMPUTERS

Free wireless internet access is available on-site at The Møller Centre. There is no password required but you will need to supply your contact details to gain access to the Wi-Fi.

If you have any difficulty with this please contact The Møller Centre for support on: 00 44 (0)1223 465500 and ask for Katharine Grisham or James Barton, making reference to the ICC conference.  By downloading the presentation in advance you will ensure a swift handover between presentations, and will provide us with the opportunity to test the presentations before delivery, ensuring seamless delivery.

 

The Møller Centre or the conference administration team will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to delegates' property so if you are bringing a laptop or tablet with you, please make sure you make the appropriate insurance arrangements.

 

There are no computers available for public use at The Møller Centre.

 

CHILDREN

The Møller Centre is a working conference centre and therefore children are not permitted to stay on the premises while the conference is taking place.
